Local records
Boxes, items, photos, notes and checklist data are stored in the local app sandbox. The developer does not receive this data. No accounts, ads, tracking or analytics SDKs are used. Device backups may include this data depending on system settings.
Photos and camera
The system photo picker provides only photos you choose, without full photo-library access. Camera permission is requested only when you choose to take a photo. Compressed photos are stored locally and not uploaded to developer servers.
Exports and sharing
Backups and PDFs you choose to export or share contain your selected records. Recipients and storage services may receive the contents. Choose recipients carefully. QR codes contain only a local box record ID, not item contents, and do not offer remote lookup.
External services
Public pages are hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary network request information such as an IP address. Apple handles App Store purchases. Support email shares information you choose to send. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private information.
Deletion and restore
Delete boxes or items, or clear current records in Settings. Restore keeps a safety copy of the previous file. Clearing records does not delete safety copies or exported files. Uninstalling removes the app sandbox and safety copies; manage system backups and exported files separately.
